Activated carbon deodorant
Spherical Activated carbon deodorant is made from strictly selected top quality coal and coal pitch by using a series of processes such as mixing in scientifically rational proportion, pulverization, spheronisation with added excellent binder on a disk sermonising machine, forming different diameter of spheres, oven-drying, carbonization, activation and screening, and packing. This high-grade activated carbon features high mechanical strength, large specific surface area, good fluidity, best packing property, low bed resistance. Developed macro-and mesopore structure, the rational, proportion of pore volumes of different types of pores, and pore adjustability are typical of this activated carbon. The process for activated carbon deodorant differs from other coal pellets in that it is a ball forming process. It requires the production of dense and strong charcoal spheres, but the other processes are basically the same.
