Extruded activated carbon is columnar in appearance. The general distinction is also based on the diameter of the column. The general diameter specifications include 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60.

Extruded activated carbon material: Cylindrical activated carbon is made from anthracite as raw material and refined through drying, carbonization, high-temperature steam vaporization, etc. It is an activated carbon with high adsorption performance.

The production process of extruded activated carbon is: mix the customized powdered activated carbon evenly with an appropriate specific binder, then use molecular suction pressure forming technology to make columnar activated carbon, and then use the best three-state conversion activated carbon for degumming and carbonization to make the entire activated carbon. Generate activated carbon in lump form. Activated carbon is important at every step in the production process. If there is a problem with a certain level, the activated carbon produced cannot be used.
